Hello and welcome to the home of RIA studio pottery. Founded by myself, Rebecca in 2025 after a big lifestyle shift. Coming back after maternity leave, a newly single mum to little Ivan (2) and Alice (1) post closing my previous business in 2022 I was a little lost and looking for my purpose.

I have been a potter for nearly 20 years now and just knew I needed a fresh start and to build a business which worked around my two little ones so RIA was born. This is just the beginning of the journey and I am so excited to have you here.

RIA is more than just pottery and workshops, it’s a space for you to come to for a mindful little moment of joy when the world around you feels a little too much to handle. It’s products which can allow you to take that moment of calm for yourself in your day. Either using your favourite mug for your delicious morning coffee or lighting your candle while you relax at the end of a long day. When you purchase a piece if RIA pottery or attend one of my workshops you are giving yourself that little permission slip to do something for you. You can’t pour from an empty cup and you deserves all the little moments of joy.
